The traditional Irish Italian 'Chipper' culture was started as far back as 1880 by memebers of the
Italian community in Ireland and the Borza name has been synonamous with that culture since
1955.
We pride ourselves in serving the best in traditional takeaway foods as our families have done for
over 100 years!
